- Remote Support - More services now offered remotely (you must have a working internet connection on the computer that requires attention).
- Home Visits - Collect & Return service (beyond UK government guidelines) for more intensive software or hardware issues and supply of new systems.

Over 70's & High Risk (Shielding)- Remotely connecting to your computer over the internet, wherever possible. Zero contact collect & return can be offered in emergencies.
- Zero Contact Collect & Return - Offered in emergencies only. If the problem is not fixable via remote support, or you need a new computer configured prior to delivery to you, see my policy on this here.
- Appointments - If you have a visit arranged and you or someone in your houshold shows symptoms of Coronavirus, or are self isolating, please let me know as soon as possible.
